Faucher Studio
Charles Faucher is a renowned woodworking artist whose work has appeared at the Smithsonian Institute. Designed by Peterborough architect Jay Lawrence Purcell as a high performance building, the Studio is a hybrid frame of Post & Beam and convential framing. Western Red Cedar shakes and shingles were chosen to match the existing home and structures on the property.
The project was delivered under an open book CM at Risk contract and achieved the original budget and schedule objectives.
